What the coverage means
- Frames and corners: lifetime
- The frame and corners are the structure of the system. They carry the tarp and take the weather and the miles, year after year. That structure is warrantied for life.
- Mechanical parts: 3 years
- The moving parts of the system are covered for 3 years. They are standard across our systems, not proprietary to one build year, so replacements stay available.
- Tarp material: 1 year
- The tarp itself is covered for 1 year. Replacement tarps are available when yours has done its work.
Who stands behind it
Titan systems are designed by founder Johan Neufeld, who has been developing tarp systems since 1996. A lifetime term is only worth the company behind it, and this one comes from thirty years in the industry.
