Two decks, one system
Step Deck & Drop Deck Tarp Systems
A sliding tarp system built for the drop between decks. One person covers the load from the ground, upper deck to lower — and the frame is warrantied for life.

One run across both decks.
Tarping a step deck by hand means working two heights and a step-over, usually up on the freight itself.
Titan step deck systems use guide tracks that align the upper and lower decks, so the tarp travels the length of the trailer in one continuous run. Where the load calls for it, an optional roll-past transition carries the tarp from the lower deck up onto the upper deck.
Built to your deck heights.
Every system is manufactured to the dimensions of your trailer, with the fit set to make the most of the cargo height on each deck.
Tell us the trailer and the freight, and we will build the system around both.

Built to stay on the road.
Bolted on, not welded on
The system is installed with bolts rather than extensive welding to the trailer. No torch work down your deck, and the mounting stays serviceable hardware.
Light frame, premium vinyl
The frame is lightweight without being flimsy, so you are not trading payload for protection. The tarp is premium vinyl that resists rips, tears, UV and harsh weather.
Parts when you need them
Replacement tarps and components are available, and the mechanical parts are standard across our systems rather than proprietary to one build year.
The warranty
Lifetime coverage on the frame.
Every step deck system carries the same coverage. The structure is the part that has to hold, and it is the part we warranty for life.
